This year’s course took place in Berlin on the historic 9th of November, again in sunshine of course.
Detlef Teitge and his team from the Lotus Berlin e.V. sports club had once again organized everything well. Many thanks for that.
This year’s course topics were the use of the Tessen (10-30 cm long stick) and a cord for self-defense.
Almost 20 participants trained with motivation using these exotic weapons and perfected their skills. As always, time passed far too quickly, which speaks positively for an interesting course.
Course leader Frank Pelny, who was supported by Heike Prophet, taught both basic handling as well as methodical exercise sequences and practical self-defense.
The date for 2025 has also already been set for November 8th.
