“Put the attacker on a leash”
This is the title of this year’s SaCO annual course in Nordhausen.
30 participants came to Nordhausen, one even from Munich, to take part in this course with Frank Pelny.
The main topic was the use of a short rope against various attack scenarios: against long weapons, short weapons and unarmed attacks.
The topic of speed training was dealt with in a theoretical unit. Lecturer Sebastian Edelmann first taught the basics before giving concrete help.
Finally, unarmed defense against attacks with fists or feet was on the agenda.
All participants practiced seriously but still had a lot of fun. A successful course that made us want more.
