Over the Easter holidays, SaCO Master Instructor Frank Pelny traveled around the Russian Federation and taught Ryūkyū Kobudō Tesshinkan, Karate-Dō Shōtōkan-Ryū and of course SaCO in various cities.
In Tomsk (Siberia), the local trainer Vsevolod Nikolaev from Biysk was able to successfully pass his examination for brown belt with red stripe / 1.A student level. He was well prepared and was able to demonstrate all exam elements competently.
