The use of the Tessen – the short stick up to 30 cm long, was the course content of the 2024 annual course.
Almost 30 interested participants from 11 clubs, 4 federal states and 6 martial arts practiced the use of the Tessen in typical self-defense situations in three practical training sessions. In addition to the many bruises that demonstrated the great effectiveness of these techniques, there were also many aha effects.
In addition, the topic of atemi techniques and atemi points was examined in a theoretical instruction.
In the end it was clear: a great course with great weather, great atmosphere and lots of input.
